We have three plum trees in the gardens of the Old Parkdale Inn Bed and Breakfast, an alternative to a Hood River Oregon hotel. The harvest has been Oregon Bounty style and the trees are loaded with fruit. We've been making cakes and pastries as they come off the tree for the couple of weeks.
