Oregon-based Stash Tea Company just announced its deal for a free night stay at a bed and breakfast when you purchase the Stash Tea Guide to Bed & Breakfast Inns. You can find more details at the Stash Tea website. The offer allows for one free night at a participating B&B when combined with the purchase of a second consecutive night. The offer ends June 2013.Here in Oregon, seven Oregon bed and breakfasts who are also members of the Oregon Bed & Breakfast Guild are participating in this national promotion.
Here's our take on the situation: Wouldn't you rather stay at a bed and breakfast that's not only participating in Stash Tea's promotion but also is an inspected and approved inn? We think so! Here are our recommendations and any restrictions as established by the inn:
- Eastern Oregon lodging:
- 1910 Historic Enterprise House (valid February 1 to May 1)
- Oregon Coast lodging:
- Brey House Ocean View B&B Inn in Lincoln City (not on Saturdays in July or August);
- Lake House Bed and Breakfast in Otis (valid for Lakeside Room or Lakeside Suite on Sunday - Thursday, Oct 1 to April 30)
- Oregon Wine Country lodging:
- Chehalem Ridge Bed & Breakfast in Newberg (valid November 1 to April 30 except Thanksgiving weekend);
- Yamhill Vineyards Bed and Breakfast in Yamhill (valid June - November Monday-Wednesday only or December - May anytime, special events and holidays excluded)
- Willamette Valley lodging:
- C'est la Vie Inn in Eugene (valid Sunday to Thursday during 12/4/2011 to 4/26/2012 or 12/2/2012 to 4/25/2013);
- McKenzie River Inn B&B and Cabins (valid September 1 to June 1)
