Yes, we know, the snow hasn’t been that great, seems like winter has forgotten about us here in the Pacific Northwest and sent it all to the east. But there are a few winter storms lined out to bring fresh snow to Mt. Hood and the Ski Resorts up on the mountain. Hood River, Oregon is about 35 miles from Mt Hood Meadows ski resort, a scenic drive on well maintained roads. Parkdale is a little closer, only about 19 miles from the resort.
Hood River BnB is in downtown Hood River inn, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Vineyard View is a 5 minute drive to downtown Hood River. Old Parkdale Inn is in Parkdale, 15 miles from Hood River, but with it’s own brew pub and great restaurant walking distance from the inn.
