Need a friendly, relaxing B&B? This is it!

Thanks for taking the time to talk about our Oregon bed and breakfasts!  Vivian shares her story about her authentic Oregon experience at Bybee's Historic Inn in Jacksonville, Oregon:

We spent 2 days at the Bybee Historic Inn a 1/2 mile outside Jacksonville, OR, and really enjoyed ourselves. It is well maintained, immaculate, and you feel welcome to use any of the rooms. DVDs, books, board games are available for free, too. The breakfasts were delicious and served on a large lovely back... Read More

A wonderful place

McKenzie River Inn B&B and Cabins is located along the McKenzie River near Vida Oregon. Another story about one of our Oregon bed and breakfasts.  This time about the McKenzie River Inn B&B and Cabins situated along the McKenzie River near Vida, Oregon.

I loved it so much on my previous visit that I came back to the McKenzie River Inn and stayed again for a couple of days. I'm a regular traveler throughout the Pacific Northwest, and it's simply wonderful to catch my breath at this B&B, on the river, enjoying the fishing, the splendid views, the excellent breakfast, the clean... Fall in Hood River, Oregon

I had been to Hood River on business but wanting to bring my husband.  We stayed at the Old Parkdale Inn and had a wonderful experience. Mary the Innkeeper was engaging and so welcoming. The Inn itself was just what we were looking for to relax and use as a basecamp for visiting the sites in the area. Unfortunately, we could only stay for two nights but next time will stay for at least four, there was so much to see and do. Mary's breakfast were a real treat and she gave each of the couples...Read More

Lonesome Duck Hospitality

We stayed at the "Lonesome Duck" in mid-August 2010 based on a recommendation from an Oregon fly fishing guide service. The accommodations, breakfast, guide, fishing, and most of all the owners made the trip a memorable. trip. We were welcomed to their house and did not feel like outsiders. In addition to the house, there are two, new log cabins that are better than any fishing place I have stayed in. The use of kayaks, and row boats are just that, useful, because the river, adjacent to the...Read More

Mental and Physical reTREAT!

My son and I came for a two-night stay to attend a wedding at the Old Miller Farm, right down the road from this enchanting B&B. The setting could not have been more perfect, with the background of the glorious and grand Mt. Hood presiding over us, the movement of the sun helping him change his colors and mood throughout the day, each one more beautiful and intriguing as the next. To my delight, I discovered THE SWING on the porch of the B&B and was immediately wisked back to my childhood on my...Read More
